Grabysur attended the Seville Space Forum meeting, held on March 19, to evaluate the activities carried out and those that are still pending to be celebrated on the occasion of the Seville’s presidency of the Community of Ariane Cities (CVA). The meeting was also attended by different parliamentary groups to see first-hand the work that is being developed by the different entities that are part of the Fórum, such as Grabysur.
This meeting is also focused on the recent publication of a bill approved unanimously in the Andalusian Parliament, supporting the development of the activities planned for the Seville’s presidency of the CVA, as well as one of the main objectives set for this commemoration by the Seville City Council, such as the implementation in the city of one of the business incubators of the European Space Agency. The bill also calls for the ‘Declaration of Seville’, which aims to guide the European space policy in the next 20 years, during the next Ministerial Conference of the European Space Agency to be held in Seville on November 26, 2019. There is another proposal for the elaboration of an Andalusian Space Plan and athe creation of a future Andalusian Space Agency.
Grabysur is one of the 41 entities that participate in the program of actions that are being developed this year on the occasion of the presidency of Seville of the CVA.
