The Grabysur team gives a plaque of appreciation to their managers to recognize their management

The entire Grabysur staff wanted to give a nice gift to the company’s directors, M. Paz Gutiérrez and Fernando Besa, in appreciation of the impeccable management they have been doing for so many years and in recognition of their leadership skills, leading one of the most solvent and consolidated companies in the aeronautical sector.

To the surprise of our managers during the morning’s work, the employees presented them with a wooden plaque handcrafted by the employees and engraved in our facilities. The engraved message reads: “Grabysur employees want to thank the close treatment and the details that daily motivate us to give the best of us. Your leadership inspires us and makes us feel part of this great family”.

“It has been incredible and something totally unexpected. For us it is an incomparable and unsurpassable recognition,” said Paz Gutiérrez, CEO of Grabysur, visibly moved. “We have the best team,” she said. The plaque is already presiding over the entrance of our company, as this picture shows.  Congratulations to both of them!
