In 2016 Grabysur closed another year of growth, in terms of both the team and the turnover. Thanks to the trust our clients have put in us, and our unwavering commitment to quality and specialisation, in the last five years we have doubled our turnover and have increased our team to 23 employees.
Although we are happy with this quantitative improvement, we are even more proud of the qualitative improvement. The growth has been linked to our acquisition of a position as a benchmark and leader in illuminated panels and NVIS conversion, and our diversification towards increasingly complex products with greater added value.
Because of this, engineering has gained more and more importance at Grabysur, and at the end of 2016 it represented 30% of our business and workforce. Furthermore, we have also expanded the reach of our ISO 9100 quality certification from manufacturing to include design.
